We recommend that customers register LIVO products online to ensure a smoother warranty experience, faster service, and access to exclusive care updates and offers.

Registering your LIVO product is not a warranty claim — it’s a quick and simple way to help us recognise your purchase instantly whenever you need support.

  1. Coverage

All LIVO products purchased from our official website (www.feellivo.com) or authorised retailers in Singapore are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page or packaging.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

  1. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, LIVO will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or part;
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit; or
  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
  1. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage;
  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, fire, or unauthorised modifications;
  • Damage caused by improper voltage, power surge, or non-recommended accessories;
  • Commercial use, rental, or non-household purposes;
  • Products without valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice).
  1. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at hello@feellivo.com and include:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase;
  2. Product model and serial number (if applicable);
  3. Clear photos or videos showing the defect;
  4. A brief description of the issue.

We may request that you return the defective item for inspection.

If your warranty claim is approved, LIVO will cover all related repair or replacement costs within Singapore.

  1. Product Replacement / Repair Time

Once your claim is approved and the item is received, repair or replacement typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on stock availability.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIVO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

  1. Warranty Validity

This warranty is valid only within Singapore and applies only to products purchased from authorised channels.

Proof of purchase must be presented for all warranty claims.
