Delivery & Return Policy

We pack every LIVO product with care and precision. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
- Delivery Information
We currently deliver within Singapore only.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.
Delivery Fees:
- Free delivery for orders SGD 100 and above.
- A flat fee of SGD 6.90 applies for orders below SGD 100.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
- Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing the order.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unsuccessful attempts, re-delivery fees may apply.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.
- Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
- Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, LIVO products are not eligible for return or exchange once used.
All sales are considered final, unless the product is found to be defective or incorrectly delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in original, undamaged packaging (including all accessories and manuals).
- Returned within 14 days of delivery, with a valid proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
- Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact hello@feellivo.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number;
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue;
- A brief description of the problem.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If a return is required, LIVO will cover the return shipping cost within Singapore.
- Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds may be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover handling costs.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault or incorrect delivery.
