Welcome to LIVO (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by SAFELYFE PTE. LTD. (“Company”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to www.feellivo.com (the “Site”) and govern your use of the Site as well as any orders for products or services you place with us. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms of use, you may not access or use the Site.

1. General Information

The Site is owned and operated by Safelyfe Pte Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate.

2. Acceptance & Updates to Terms

By visiting, browsing, or making a purchase on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any disclaimers and limitations of liability.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Terms and Conditions of Supply

All contracts for the sale of goods through LIVO incorporate these Terms of Supply.

  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
  • Delivery fees apply for orders under SGD 100. Orders SGD 100 and above qualify for free delivery within Singapore.
  • We only deliver within Singapore.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices after order acceptance in cases of unforeseen changes beyond our control (such as tax or shipping rate adjustments).
  • All sales are final. Products are not sold on a return or trial basis unless otherwise agreed.
  • Returned goods must be unused and returned in their original, undamaged packaging (completely unmarked). We reserve the right to deduct up to 10% from refunds to cover processing or restocking costs.
  • Any claims for incorrect, damaged, or missing items must be made within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number. Claims beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you using your provided details for fulfillment and follow-up communication.

4. Products and Pricing

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith, but minor variations (e.g., colour due to display settings) may occur.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in SGD and may be subject to GST at the prevailing rate. 

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is accepted when we email you an order confirmation; a separate contract forms for each accepted order.

You authorise us (or our payment providers) to charge your selected method for the total amount shown at checkout, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit quantities for any order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, or unreasonable demand). If we cancel an order after charging you, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, fees, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout and/or in our Delivery Policy. Timelines are estimates only; delays may occur due to courier capacity, customs, or unforeseen events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or to your designated third party).

If delivery fails after reasonable attempts or you unreasonably refuse delivery, we may cancel the order and refund you (less reasonable administrative, delivery/return, and storage costs). Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Incorrect/Defective Items

We take great care to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@feellivo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

7.1 Incorrect or Defective Items

  • If an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original and undamaged packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts).
  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost if the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

7.2 General Returns & Exchanges

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, LIVO products are not eligible for return or exchange once used.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
  • All sales are considered final, unless otherwise stated in a specific campaign or promotion.

7.3 Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 business days.
  • We reserve the right to deduct up to 10% of the refund amount to cover inspection or processing costs if applicable.

8. Security & Payments

We use reputable third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. However, we cannot guarantee the security of third-party systems. You acknowledge that payments are processed by such providers and that we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Except for personal, non-commercial browsing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Discounts, Promotions & Loyalty

Only one discount code or promotion may be applied per order unless we state otherwise. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time. If you participate in any loyalty/reward programme we offer, points/rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are subject to the applicable programme rules posted on the Site.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all products and services provided by LIVO are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation).

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability shall be limited, at our sole discretion, to the repair or replacement of the goods, or a refund of the purchase price.

Products should be used in accordance with the provided safety instructions. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse or unauthorised modification.

In any case, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, goodwill, data, or business opportunity.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LIVO, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or where required by law. Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.

15. Personal Data

We collect, use, and disclose personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). By using the Site, you consent to processing of your data as described therein, including transfers to service providers outside your jurisdiction where applicable.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

At our option, any dispute may be referred to arbitration administered by SIAC under the SIAC Rules, seated in Singapore, before one (1) arbitrator, in English.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. No failure to enforce constitutes a waiver. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent. These Terms (together with policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your orders.
